Clean and De-clutter – a cluttered room with too much furniture or too many items will feel smaller and closed in. Make each room inviting and open by decluttering and putting away unnecessary items.
Refresh and Repaint – a tin of paint can refresh and revive a room, chose neutral tones to give the property a fresh appeal to attract a wider demographic of buyers.
Light and Space – try and maximise lots of natural light by hanging a mirror which will help reflect more light or add a floor lamp in a dark corner both items will make a room feel light and bright. Ensure that all lights are turned on during the inspections, regardless of time of the day. To make a room appear bigger use light fabrics and add colour with scatter cushions, artwork and accessories.
